Reflection on Graduation of Alpha

I took in tonight that after the 6 months of planning my Re-entry, I would have been lost not knowing what to do if I didn't take advantage of the tools I was given during Alpha. I saw that everyone knew that they accomplished a lot in this group. This is something I will take with me for the rest of my life and this gave me the confidence to be successful.
