Integrity, Credibility, and Seed

Today in Alpha, I have learned many things. As for 3: Integrity, credibility, and seed. I have finally reconciled my faults that I have created in my past. But what mostly impacted me most is seed. Today made me think about my father how I do not want to be like him. I do believe "the way you treat your girl is the way you treat your mother." I (am going) to be a father that (I) never (had when I was) younger. I do have a Goddaughter and her father is one-of-a-kind. He did anything to get his little one back (after) doing 10 years in Cal State Prison and I look up to that.
