Get Involved

Come be part of our dynamic team and get involved with our Internships, Youth Classes, Community Activities, Group Home and Detention Facility Visits!

What does it mean when you volunteer?

Volunteers work with us to move the community forward. Volunteers are those who give what time they can to assist with our numerous activities and classes. By assisting and supporting, you can create more opportunities for the youth.

STRTP Homes

Sponsor & Support a Foster Youth STRTP Home (formerly known as Group Home) to create opportunities for foster children to have classes, activities, outings and emotional support.

We are so very thankful to Jeremy Meeks for coming out and speaking to our Foster Youth in the STRTP home placements and Juvenile Detention centers. He spoke to over 40 youth from five different placements and homes in one weekend! He shared about his childhood in Foster Care, the mistakes he made causing him to end up in juvenile halls, etc. He encouraged them to “choose their friends wisely and to never give up hope!!”

As a volunteer, you have numerous different opportunities to partake in. Some of our events include creating Christmas Bags for youth in Juvenile Detention Camps and Foster Homes, delivering Thanksgiving baskets to local Foster Care and Group Homes throughout Ventura County, assisting with our Leadership classes and much more!

Pictured are our AWESOME Volunteer Partners from Bank of America.

Thank you all for always giving all that you can!
